Auch mit der Retoure, die zwei DHL-Shops aufgrund ihrer Größe nicht entgegennehmen wollten - aber dafür kann ja dieser Händler nichts - doch überhaupt das kaputte Ding auch noch umständlich retournieren zu müssen, war ärgerlich und wäre vermeidbar gewesen, wenn ich für mein Geld auch funktionierende Ware erhalten hätte. Bei Ali Arslan werde ich nie wieder bestellen.
