The device is in "like new" condition and was sold for a reasonable price. Shipping was prompt and it arrive in tact. It was not sold with a charger but purchasing a charger from another vendor and a fresh battery (original battery was described as failed) from a 3rd vendor has yielded a great device at half the price of Garmin's website.
