Lens was well packaged and arrived in good condition. It is uncoated and has some reflections, but nothing too disruptive. Just remember that it has a much longer working distance than all other BIO lenses, and the high magnification means the field of view is limited (especially if like me, you are using it as a screening tool for undilated patients).

Can't beat it for the price. All the lenses are uncoated (therefore slightly more reflections than coated lenses) and the aspheric optics can't match the branded versions (the view seems a little more convex than the usual), but I'm getting decent fundus views for screening purposes even on undilated patients with the 40D and 20D. Have yet to try the 90D and 78D at a slight lamp, but if the 40D and 20D are any indicator, I am optimistic. Great as a budget set of indirect fundus lenses.
