You have to sand the rest of the part to look just like that before it gets primed. We send instructions explaining why that's there with the part. We do not normally receive a complaint about some prep work being pre done for the body shop, usually that sort of thing is appreciated. There is a button from the mold fixture that we sand off for you prior to packaging and that's in the middle etc. No one else has ever minded based on what was 100% feedback.

Its a unpainted part that we pre-sand areas of before we ship them. We have been doing this for 25 years with this part. Usually that is appreciated when part of the work is pre done for the paint shop. This was explained to the customer, its explained with the installation instructions why its sanded. The customer sent it back for a refund and was refunded. The entire part has to be sanded before you can have it primed and painted. Its a unpainted part.
