The part was never used and we went back to the same seller to order the correct part. We notified the seller immediately about the mix up and offered to return the item for a refund. When he was notified of the mistake, he sent back a confrontational msg that's basically a "so what? here's a refund." Zero apology for the mistake. In follow up messages he says that I should be grateful for the refund (because of his mistake) and how he has amazing customer service skill because he issued the refund.
