This guy requested I ship the item in a small package. Package, to me, means box. Apparently, this guy did not want it shipped in a box, but did not specify how (just said package). Apparently, he was charged $5 extra from the place he had it shipped to because it came in a box! NOT MY FAULT! He then decides to leave this negative feedback, because he blames me for his error. He bought the item, I shipped it securely in a small box, and he can't take accountability for his own mistakes. SMH
