I asked to cancel my order within the first half hour after placing it, but the seller immediately marked it as “shipped,” so I couldn’t cancel it myself. As a result, I received an item I no longer needed, had to return it at my own expense, and now I’m not getting a refund while the seller keeps ignoring my messages.
