      Server arrived w/o some blank HDD covers, missing front bezel and chasis damage, not in "Excellent" shape as was listed. Partial refund was issued but didn´t cover our additional expenses in this item.

      Bent panel was caused by shipping Co. We still offered a replacement but planned to file a damage claim with shipper. Customer demanded that we pay for New Hard Drive trays (not blanks) and cover cost for hiring someone to recondition the unit for resale. Used servers have scratches from sliding in and out of racks and from removing cover for service. We still provided a generous $75 courtesy refund for cosmetic scratches. Used units are discounted but obviously arent new ... priced as such.
