    I used this kit to repair my brother in laws kx65. I’ve rebuilt several of these bikes. Some reason it burned the top ring and scored the piston and scratched the cylinder after just a couple hours of riding (getting used to the bike). Heat cycles were complete before he started riding it. Ran fine until it locked up in the cylinder and now I can’t get a response from the seller about a possible warranty.

    Customer was offered a $100 refund or a replacement piston and gasket kit. They were not interested.
