Item is as described essentially. Board is new though no CD in box, everything else there. Bios not easy to setup. TPM header not recognising TPM module 2.0, though could be due to bios possibly need re-flashing. CPUs were indeed new. runs dual RTX GPUs and LSI Mega Raid 9271-8i which was very difficult to install due to storport.sys. Make sure parts installed are tested or can be unstable.
