Very disappointed.. After 3 weeks I was constantly in emails wanting my exhausts.. then having to proof who I was to parcelforce with receipts and bank statements . Was going round in circles ! Ridiculous ! phone calls after phone calls and emails was so frustrating.. after 6 working weeks I was then asked to pay a £438 import charge .. wasn't informed of this to receive my exhausts.. too much stress and not free postage

Dear customer, this problem happen only in UK, custom frontier ask to pay vat, but when you buy on Ebay the plattform remove the vat from the price.
I m non guilty for this
