I purchased two items in good faith from this seller - I was never provided with a tracking number or alerted to whether the items had shipped. One out of two items arrived (late but appears to be in good condition), the other still has not arrived. Attempts to contact the seller have been unproductive as the seller has not responded at all. As of now, I am still awaiting my item and will likely need to have eBay step in in order to have the seller respond at all.
