    The plastic/rubber expanding piece was sized too large for the handlebar, much larger than the photo of this item which would have been correct. This happens with China products sometimes--goes with the prices

    The Rubber part is meant to be adjustable so it fits more handlebars. You can simply take a sharp blade and trim it down a little, it's made to trim very easily. This item is NOT made in in China.
