Royal mail (48 hour tracked) notified that they would deliver on the morning of the 12th, no delivery received. In the middle of the night they advised that they had been unable to deliver and would try on 14th. They finally condescended to deliver on the 16th - totally appalling service. The product was very fairly priced. The product which is of better quality than the handle being replaced - which was more expensive. Recommended seller.

The only issue we had was that we ordered two and one was incorrect. I gave them a call and their customer service was brilliant — they sent out a replacement ASAP, which arrived within 48 hours. Plus they were the only company I could find to get the closest match to the other door handle in my house otherwise I would of had to change the lot.

I contacted the supplier who immediately sent a pair of brass handles to correct the mistake. This is an example of how a supplier should respond I have nothing but praise for them I would have no concerns about using this supplier again. Thank you very much
