    I regret that you did not put the stamps, on a philatelic envelope, but the simple paper label. I guess that it's possible to put the stamps and complete it with a label (as I can do in France). It's a pity

    I'm sorry, but there are some ridiculous rules from Albanian Post that don't allow this if the shipment is registered with tracking, and tracking is the most important aspect in this type of business—especially given the poor postal service that currently exists.
