    absolutely fake. not even convincing in the slightest. i thought it might be because it seemed too good to be true and it was. im not even going to use it since its not even built using replacement parts so i dont want to rush the cyber security of an unknown device, its significantly lighter than my 8gb real touch 4g to the point that i can feel the weight difference in the hand. learn from my mistake and stay away from this seller
