The item doesn't show as delivered but it has been and I need to initiate a return on it as I don't like since I can't use it in my region. I get no signal and the only provider I could find it to be compatible with is tracfone who's customer service after troubleshooting could not get me on the network. So I need a return button asap as I now have to wait even longer before I have a decent working phone. This is my third attempt and it's starting to affect my pocket.
