It’s for my wife and she was pleasantly surprised. Her originals are pretty messed up (I’m imagining it’s because of her nails and have gotten her a case for this new/used one now to hopefully prevent that happening again). The ONLY option (in spite of internet advice to the contrary) is to order a NEW one from the dealer, which must include "proof of ownership" of the vehicle. This seller is excellent, knowledgeable and professional .. return of the item was smooth, easy, and congenial.
