Seller provides shipping reference of 15 digits which is not recognized by the local post office/ Ortopol. A standard international postal reference should have only 13 digits. The local representative of the shipping company does not disclose its address nor telephone number. It is impossible to contact them. The seller reimbursed me but I lost precious time with this shipment.
