The issue this customer was having with it was crashing and restarting a lot following with a kernel panic. Once it arrived I ran my diagnostics and the tool MEMtest86 found the issue which pointed to failing RAM. I was able to replace the 16 soldered on modules with new ones, which resulted in a repaired MacBook. If you have failing RAM this service is what you need.
