I purchased a postage printer to be used for my business. When I contacted the printer company to set up an account I was told it was illegal for this to be sold online, as it’s a machine that prints money and they are requiring me to ship the machine to them, as it’s actually their property. I contacted the seller to let them know it was illegal and ask for a refund, they refused because it was listed as no returns/refunds. Additional attempts to get this resolved have been ignored.
