Item listed as new, open box. Item had ebay return label inside from previous sale. When questioned, seller stated he determined the item was not installed. Asked seller to swap for truly a "new, open box". Seller stated he had none and directed me to their return policy which when I read it - has a restocking fee. Decided going back/forth is not worth it with this seller. I will most likely not be installing this part during the return window as my refrigerator decided to work properly again
