Key board did not work on arrival. They did not hesitate a moment to refund my money. It turned out there was a piece of lint in the USB connector. After clearing that, the keyboard worked fine. I advised them of this, intending to reinstate the original bill. The charged me about 10% less than that. These guys are Great!!
