    The item did not fit the laptop, when doing a search of ebay the item states it fits an Alienware R2/R3. I showed a picture to the seller who refused a refund. I'll initiate a dispute with the bank since eBay and the seller won't assist.

    I'm sorry but you ordered a keycap for the Alienware 17 R3, the pictures you sent after your purchase show that you own the Alienware 15 R3, they are different models and if you review the pictures, different keyboards. As stated in the listing we cannot do returns for parts.
