I wish I had noticed the retention strap: it isn't flexible - it is rigid plastic and does not bend. When holster is installed inside waist band, that rigid plastic "strap: pokes user in the back, causing much irritation. I discarded that piece of junk and use holster without retainer. I do not recommend this item. Seller is OK Who designed this?
