When the envelope finally arrived it was ripped and empty. The item you mailed has been stuck in Springfield, MO for going on 7 days...still waiting to make it out of the distribution center. USPS is dreadful. Forceful argument for privatation of the postal system. I contacted Motorola and they could find no record of the device MAC ever being online and not previously registered. Best guess is someone bought the item, failed in setup, and returned it. Seller was amicable to partial refund due to hoops I had to jump through to get device back to working order. Once done ISP connection was maybe 10 min. and performance is good.
