Had no issue whatsoever with the phone but the seller only partially refunded me with the explanation being that I had used the phone. Absolutely untrue. I had never even activated the phone and had only looked it over and turned it on to ensure it worked. Had to file a claim with eBay to get my full refund. If the seller wants to discourage returns, they should have a stocking fee instead of pulling this scheme.
