- 8***i (309)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseExcellent hitch for the price. It matches nicely and looks great for my 2024 RAV4 Prime XSE. It's very similar to the u-haul hitch. Install: Take note that 4 bolts are FINE thread. These go on the vehicle. I didn't notice this at first but stopped to review when the bolt wasn't going in smoothly. Luckily I discovered this and no damage. I appreciate the 3 piece design but tightening the bolts/nuts were a pain. Make sure you have some swivel sockets and 18mm wrenches/sockets. A jack will help.

There's a lot of play, causing the trailer to sway and bounce more than I feel is safe. Maybe I just got a Friday hitch and every other hitch is fine. But the company stands behind what they sell and made things right. If you have a problem, this company will take care of you and make things right!
