    The slippers arrived in great condition, they were the ones I ordered - the right size, a left and a right and in the right color I ordered. The Uggs came in the original box with the original packing and the quality was excellent. I had a problem with my original order made on Black Friday for a Christmas gift and then the item was "sold out" but the company honored the Black Friday price and even gave an additional 10% due to the inconvenience. Much appreciated.
