I sent a message with the issue and they responded within one day. They identified that my ECM has a built-in immobilizer. I sent both my ECM and their Exchange ECM unit back to them. They repaired my original ECM and had it shipped back to me in a week. All shipping paid by them. Car started right up and transmission shifting issues solved! Now I hope it lasts!!
