You do have to check the heater element and see if it is ok as the only way you can tell is when the water temperature starts to drop. I would recommend this product to others. After sales very positive.

The only thing I would say is that the box arrived dented, I'm guessing due to manhandling by the delivery company. What would have minimised this would have been some bubble in the box, as the box was too large and only had a couple of strips of brown paper packing. The end of the wood arrived damaged and looks like it will fall off, not so much of a problem, as the rest was fine and doesn't detract from the piece.

Wanted a refund from him but i didn't had time to send it back as i went on holidays!!! Didn't like his communication too as he was only copy pasting the eBay listing description!
