The factory duct needs to be trimmed to allow space on each side for the duct to slide past. The material is thin, brittle, plastic and is about 2-3mm too wide for the hole it sits in, so once in, they are already under strain and break easily. We make every attempt to resolve any issue that may arise however if we are not contacted or made aware of a problem then rendering assistance becomes difficult.
