Item did not match description and had been repacked in wrong factory box. Seller was not aware item wrongly labelled, acknowledged error when notified & refunded promptly. Entirely satisfactory resolution by a fine seller. Would buy again.

Looks like it fell off a trailer in a move, broke the hard drive interface, scratched up the cover, dent in the bottom, took it apart, hammer out the case, put the guts back in, use a xtide to boot off compact flash, system works. will still need to repair hard drive interface to test hard drive.

I had mentioned the outer case in the description and the indent on the bottom - listed for parts/repair and as is.
