My order was cancelled because apparently, it had sold out, but no explanation was given until I asked for one and, even then, no option was given to wait for more stock or any other help. I don't think I've ever placed an order only to then be told more or less immediately that it was sold out - you can't usually place an order if that's the case so something went awry with their records, I'm guessing. The only positive thing about the entire transaction was that I was refunded promptly.
