    Item arrived promptly. However the item was very poorly packaged, just a parcel bag protecting the box. The box was dented/crumpled in corners on arrival. Contents appear to be okay, the protective film has been damaged. However it's a gift for Christmas so I won't know until then. Disappointing considering the cost. Review too early for anything other than positive feedback

    Certainly wasn’t packaged poorly. Your bow was packed in a box then wrapped in a plastic cover for added protection. What more do you want? The fact the contents arrived not damaged after being squashed by the courier suggests it was more than packaged properly. We have no control over the way couriers handle our packages but if there’s ever a problem and we don’t get many we will happily put it right. our perfect feedback speaks for itself
