Only major concern is there is so much play the turbine and compressor touch the housing when turned by hand. I sent it in to be ballanced professionaly and I installed new bearings myself. Should be good to go now. You get what you pay for so for $250 I feel like I got all the major components and the fine tuning that's needed to make it reliable is up to me. Note the extra balancing and bearings only added about $90 to make this turbo truly good to go.
