    Sent me a vinyl record in an improper box. The record came with two seam splits along the top and bottom, along with a crushed corner. I reached out with pictures and a request for a refund but only got this statement: “once the product is shipped, the buyer assumes responsibility for any manufacturing flaws in the product”. They told me since this wasn’t a defect on the actual disk, this complaint was a cosmetic preference rather than an actual concern. 0/10. Horrible customer service.
