Requests for updates were responded to with “So again, if we get time, we ll look at it later on today” Phone was returned with a PCB fault and the screen incorrectly reattached. Investigation by a professional repairer revealed the problem was the replacement of the original Face ID/front camera module, which rendered Face ID unrepairable by anyone other than Apple. The screen worked after being correctly reattached
