Only issue not sellers fault, although the board looks for heat link UK it doesn't find. Could be a localised software issue to use. Loads up Google instead of Nest house, definitely upgrade, any clever installer change the base and wire to boiler probably save the problematic WiFi chip. Good value for those who know what they are doing.
