Bracelet is elasticated so will stretch to fit your wrist. I'm medium build and needed the buckle clip extended to max, but there's room to stretch it more if you have wide wrists. But a tight fit is crucial so the metal plate makes contact with your skin (I placed the metal plate on the bottom of my wrist due to my hairy arms!)
