    The quality of the part is defective. One of the mufflers, right side, has a loose baffle and is vibrating. I asked for them to please send just the right side and I’ll return the defective part. They said they do not do that, that I would have to send the entire system back for their inspection for refund. First, car can’t be driven with no exhaust. Second, didn’t think it was unreasonable to ask for the replacement of just the defective muffler.
