    I have written one email telling how great this place is. They care about their customers. I had to get a refund that I didn't want--because the customer service guy didn't know what he was talking about, but when I finally got in touch with the business itself, they took care of everything and shipped the necklace. I got it today, and it's beautiful! It's the only one I could find that came near to replacing the one I broke. So thank you so much. It was packed so carefully, also.

    Well, I was trying to write this and it disappeared--so, I just have to say that after I had a problem trying to get this necklace I was able to get the owner of the place and they took care of the problem, and I received the necklace today, and it was wrapped with love and care. I recommend them highly!!!!!! They really made my day as this was the only necklace I could find that came close to replacing one I broke. So thank you to a great company!
