However, the vendor dealt with the issue extremely promptly and honourably, the replacement arriving well-packed and within hardly more than 24 hours. The correct disk is new, unused, shows no SMART faults. Great quality. value and not a mark on it. I have bought from this supplier before and will certainly do so again. Good communication from him as well.
