- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI ordered the part according to the information on their Ebay site for my make and model computer and when arrived after a lengthy time it was the wrong part. I messaged them and was requested to send photos which I did. The response was I ordered the wrong part. I checked on their Ebay site to see if make and model was right however a message at the top of the Ebay site said something like the description of this item has been changed with a date after I brought the product.Reply from: king_accessories2011- Feedback replied by seller king_accessories2011.- Feedback replied by seller king_accessories2011.We have fully refunded this buyer without deducting fees on his mistake ebay order. However, buyer did not admit his mistake and claimed for return postage from us. Buyer’s laptop model is not in item title and descriptions, and it’s totally different from item photos. Do you know it doesn't matter how we update the item list, ebay still keeps the original item list version copy for you. You can find out this version list in your order details from your ebay purchase history.Follow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Thanks for refund your return postage label cost 5 times more than the $3.10 cost you to send the article. If I had known how much it was going to cost me I would have paid the small amount it cost you to send the wrong item. I have since bought the correct keyboard from Kogan cheaper and free postage. It also arrived very quickly unlike your product. You like to communicate a lot but unfortunately can't accept that your description of product and what laptop it was for was ambiguous.
