    The picture and description say that this comes with 10 inserts. When it arrived, there were only 5. The insert packaging arrived pre-opened, dirty, and had been marked as 5 instead of 10. Not sure if this an oversight or what? I would expect the missing inserts to be shipped or my money reimbursed.
