Perfect! Actually the one I ordered is a prefect fit for a Probe GT/24V model. Otherwise you need to re-use the fixed rod from your current shifter. The other parts are identical in the I4 and V6 version. My 1997 Probe GT now shifts as new. Safely and well packaged. My favourite Ford Probe OEM parts seller! +++++
