Due to an error on USPS's part, I never got to receive my order and after reaching out to the seller; instead of helping, they asked "why didn't you just reschedule the delivery?" when I have reported that multiple times already. The seller then tried to charge me an extra $5 to have the order shipped back which then I just wasn't interested at that point since it has been nearly two months since I placed my order, so I have ended up having to wait longer for a refund thanks to eBay support.
