    This seller firstly send me an item with broken bolts. Definitely knew they were broken as 4 out of 6 were broken. And when i requested pictures of the parts he had covered they were taken at an angle so that i was not able to see the broken parts. I requested a refund on ebay however We then came to a conclusion to have him refund half my money. He then told me to close the case so that he can refund me. Me being new to ebay i did not realise once i close it a claim cannot be raised.
