"If you do by this part make sure you use the long portion of the red tool that comes with it instead of the cup. the long portion will allow you to first push the bushing into the bracket deep enough for it to attach to the metal shifter on your transmission. narrowing the part with the cup like on the pictures might not work in this instance."
