On this occasion though, the item didn’t arrive, and as it was for a birthday present & then too late, I opened a case with eBay to claim a refund. The Seller ignored this refund request and subsequently shipped the item at that point anyway, with no communication. However, the item never arrived and I eventually, after some weeks, got a refund via eBay. A lot of wasted time & messing about.
